Investigation file

Contains all the material acts and records that constitute the evidence of the investigation. It is still under the direction of the Prosecutor and is supported by the intervention of experts and ministerial police.

Alternative Justice

It is an instrument for conflict resolution that is part of the New Criminal Justice System. Its purpose is to achieve an agreement between those involved through will, cooperation and dialogue.

Oral Trial

It is the decision stage of the essential questions of the process. It will be carried out on the basis of the accusation in which the effective vigilance of the principles of immediacy, publicity, concentration, equality, contradiction and continuity must be ensured.

Amparo in criminal matters

The Criminal Amparo, is a means of constitutional defense, which aims to protect the subjects who are part of a criminal process, from abuse of authority, as well as general laws that violate their human rights recognized in the Constitution and in the international treaties on Human Rights to which Mexico is a party.

Traditional Criminal System

We continue to accompany the defense of our clients who were subjected to criminal proceedings under the traditional system, both at the stage of Prior Investigation and Criminal Case, respectively.

International Extradition

It is an act of international cooperation, which, although it is administrative in nature, must be followed with the procedural guarantees regulated in the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as well as in the International Treaties on Human Rights to which Mexico is a party.
